All those energies that we feel in our environment, especially if we are sensitive people, can accumulate quickly and create a feeling of charge that consumes our power. It leaves us physically, mentally, and emotionally tired. With the help of voice-guided meditation, we can let go of all those energies.
Why is it convenient to download energies?
Especially highly sensitive people and people who are very empathic can feel the energy and emotions of other people when they are around. Sometimes the sensation is so natural that it seems its own, and many sensitive people have difficulty differentiating between their own emotions and the people around them.
This can become overwhelming, especially if you live in a city and spend time in crowded spaces, such as the subway or city bus.
All these energies accumulate throughout the day, creating a blurred vision of what we are and feel and, therefore, creating a layer that separates us from ourselves, our center, and our sense of connection.
That is why it is so important, especially for susceptible people, to take one or several moments a day to purify yourself of all those charges and accumulated energies and feel again, reconnecting with themselves.
How to meditate to release charges and energies accumulated throughout the day
Find a comfortable sitting posture, and close your eyes.
Little by little, begin to connect with your breath and with your five senses since both are anchors that join us with this present moment. I invite you to communicate in an expanded way with this here and now through them.
I invite you to review your day and the situations that have affected you or have intervened in your sensory or emotional state in some way. Many of them may be related to other people and your interaction with them. Perhaps a message received, the energy perceived in someone, the aggressiveness you felt behind those words... Find the moments in your day that have affected you.
And while you do it, bring your attention to your body, noticing where you feel those charges accumulated in your body, where the residues of those situations have been located in your body.
Focus on those parts of your body and observe the sensations present in them as they are, without the need to change anything. Observe them as something interesting that is happening to you.
Now I invite you to visualize those sensations in a certain way. Maybe they have the face of the people of your day, and perhaps they are just a color stain. Visualize them in your way and see them in that form in those places on your body.
while you watch them become aware of the flow of your breath, including it in your awareness as well.
Now I invite you to follow the natural flow of your breath and visualize with each exhalation how those sensations in the form you have given them rise slowly dissolving and disappearing in the beam of sunlight in the sky. Observe this, simply by witnessing it.
As you release those charges bring some of your attention to your body, realizing the effect this has on him. Feel your body.
And at your own pace, gently, you can open your eyes.
