12 tips from the WHO (World Health Organization) to take care of yourself

At the 9th World Health Conference, which took place in Shanghai (China) in 2016, he was entitled "Health Promotion in the SDGs: Health for all and all for health". The proposed lines of action were limited to individual attitudes. They underlined the responsibility of local, national, and global institutions when developing policies that improve all citizens' health. The areas of intervention focused on the importance of promoting good governance, the development of healthy environments (especially in urban areas) and educating the population about health, illness and self-care.

About self-care, emphasis was also placed on the importance of a healthy diet and regular physical activity.

  1. Follow a healthy diet
