Our body automatically releases endorphins, also known as the hormones of happiness, when we are active. Hiking enjoying the mountain air is an effective way to get in shape as it works with many muscles, including the heart, and also stimulates circulation. 

Always keep in mind: if you can chat without losing your breath, you are going at the right speed, although you can also increase your pace by taking breaks at regular intervals. And very importantly, try to enjoy all the things that surround you when you are outdoors: the sun on your skin, the wind caressing your face, even the flora of the mountain.
